The review is accurate.  We've had collapsed wells, broken well pump rods, genset mechanical issues, and issues with uptime due to inconsistent flare gas volumes.  We oversold some of our hosting capacity in the beginning.  The -40'C weather hasn't made it any easier.
Although we have been behind schedule, we've been successful in deploying and connecting our infrastructure and getting ASICs online.  We successfully moved a genset and data center from a collapsed well to a stand-by well and went from hashing at one to hashing at the next in less than 48 hours.  This is part of our contingency plan in always having backup wells ready to move to new sites quickly when a well fails.
Our next deployment is stranded sales gas, so we don't expect to have the issues with gas volume we've experience so far with flares.  The actual capacity is dialed in, and we expect to deploy in a reasonable timeframe going forward.

Despite their potential, there have been significant delays in hosting services and a lack of effective plan of action.

We've had to put future connections on hold due to these ongoing concerns. While Bitram shows promise, their current performance and response to issues have been disappointing. I hope for improvement and will then revisit my review.
